David Lopez

Kris Kingle / R.H. Macy / Thomas Mara Sr. / Louie

David is a father of five and husband to a fabulous wife.  He has been performing since middle school days as a mime but prefers the speaking and singing roles that he is able to get.  He has had the opportunity to work with Broadway Comes To Camp for the last 10 years in roles such as:  Freddie, in My Fair Lady, Paul in Kiss Me Kate, Perchik in Fiddler on the Roof and several others.  He is excited to be working along side his beautiful daughter Audrey in this production of Miracle on 34th Street and loves the radio show genre.  His voice inspirations come from reading so many story books to all of the kids.

Becky Murrell, "Margaret Dawson"

Doris Walker / Mr. Mara / Girl’s Mother / Nurse

Becky (Crews) Murrell graduated from Florida College in 1996. A passionate supporter of Florida College, she spent the next ten years as a camp counselor for Florida College summer and winter camps until she and her husband, 1996 FC Alum Brent Murrell, started their own family. A former member of the FC Friends and Chorus, Becky has participated in numerous concerts and theatrical performances to support Florida College over the years and currently serves as the Assistant Costume Mistress for many FC-related productions. Most recently, you may have seen her featured in Broadway Comes To Camp’s summer productions on campus including “Annie Get Your Gun” (ensemble), “Music Man” (Alma Hix), “Seven Brides For Seven Brothers” (Milly Braden), “My Fair Lady” (Mrs. Higgins), “Kiss Me Kate” (Hattie), and this year’s “Music Man” (Marian Paroo). Edwin Crozier, "Walter "Mitty" Frederick"

Fred Gayley / Mr. Shellhammer / Mr. Gimbel / Dr. Pierce / Charlie / Postman

Edwin, though a graduate of the University of North Alabama, has been a friend of Florida College for years. He has been involved in the Hutchinson Bell in both the Tampa area and in Indianapolis, having been president of both local chapters. Additionally, he is a holiday play veteran. Over the last four years, he has played radio voice talent “Jazzbo” who voiced characters in both “It’s a Wonderful Life” and “A Christmas Carol.” He also voiced “Gabriel Grub,” among others, in last year’s online version of “The Goblin and the Gravedigger.” Edwin has been involved in other theatrical events connected to Florida College. He was Andrew McNair in the most recent FC Alumni production of “1776.” He played Harry Harrington, friend to C.S. Lewis, in both of the recent showings of “Shadowlands.” In real life, Edwin is married to Marita (Bobbitt) Crozier, an FC Alum class of 1993. He is father to Tessa Marchetta, FC Alum class of 2020, Ethan, current FC student, Ryan, and Trina. He works as a minister and evangelist among the Christians who meet on Livingston Avenue in Lutz, Florida. Both of his FC student children have benefited from scholarships provided by the Tampa Bay Local Chapter of the Hutchinson Bell. He wants to shout out a very special thank you to every one of you whose donations and support have helped his children attend Florida College. Don’t forget, he has two more children so he thanks you for coming and invites you to make a helpful donation to the Tampa Bay Local Chapter of the Hutchinson Bell for them and others as well.
