Cody’s favorite holiday memory is his first Christmas with his then wife-to-be and now wife, Lushi. They called it Christmas-ish because they weren’t going to be together on Christmas Day so they celebrated it on the 18th.
Spiral Honey Ham, Mashed Potatoes, Stuffing, and Corn Casserole are his favorites on the Christmas dinner table. And he loves eggnog.
Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas is his favorite holiday tune and It’s a Wonderful Life is his favorite Christmas movie.
Cody believes the best version of A Christmas Carol is The Muppet Christmas Carol and that White Christmas is better than Holiday Inn. It was Irving Berlin at his best! Cody loves white Christmases. He used to live on a small mountain in Virginia as a kid. On Christmas morning he would sled down the hill to the frozen lake for hours. Back then he received his favorite gift under the tree—Legos! And the tree should definitely be a live one. The best gift Cody ever gave was when he took his dad to go see the amazing guitarist, Tommy Emmanuel in concert. Emmanuel was one of his dad’s favorites so it was priceless.
When Cody was asked who the best holiday villain is, he replied, “Uh, Scrooge of course.”

Doy and Laurie Moyer are visiting from Alabama and Laurie will serve as the Narrator of A Christmas Carol: The Live Radio Show, while Doy is voicing Jacob Marley and the Ghost of Christmas Present.
Their house is decorated with a live tree because it smells like Christmas. Elf and White Christmas are two holiday favorites at their house, and Laurie will be serving turkey, stuffing, cranberry salad, & Alabama biscuits for Christmas dinner. She will not be serving eggnog.

Favorite holiday memory:
When I was kid, my parents owned a home in Kentucky, believing when my Dad was going to retire, we would move there. It was a log cabin. One Christmas, we spent our holiday at the log cabin. We cut down a tree in the woods, decorated it with all homemade decorations, and celebrated Christmas there.
Four food items that must appear on the table at Christmas dinner:

Jessica Johnson is voicing FIVE different women in the production of A Christmas Carol: A Live Radio Show. She and her family have wonderful holiday traditions:
Her favorite holiday memory was the year her family decided to make everything homemade. They had so much fun finding the perfect project for each family member and only spent $200 for both sides of the family.
Her family does a big Christmas breakfast and French toast, bacon, syrup, and milk must all make an appearance. Lunch and dinner are typically finger foods. And her tastiest holiday goodie to make, give and taste is a Buckeye—chocolate and peanut butter are always a win-win. When choosing between turkey, goose, duck, or ham, Jessica prefers turkey wrapped in bacon.
Her favorite holiday tune is any and every one as long as they start playing after Thanksgiving. And the most overplayed holiday tune is any and all that start before Thanksgiving!
Jessica’s favorite version of a Christmas Carol is The Muppet Christmas Carol and White Christmas is the one must-see movie. She is no stranger to real white Christmases having experienced many growing up in Ohio and Delaware. Even after being here for 20 years, Florida winters and Christmases are still foreign to her. One special Christmas she and her family spent in a cabin in Tennessee. If her brother JT could have been there it would have been perfect.
Opening one present on Christmas Eve and the rest on Christmas Day works best for her family, and the best toy under the tree when she was a child was a Cabbage Patch Doll. One Christmas she gave her mother dirty dishes from her dorm. Maybe that’s why her daughter says out of the Peanuts characters from a Charlie Brown Christmas, Jessica most resembles Lucy. And when it comes to Christmas villains, she is partial to the Grinch.
Jessica prefers red and green over blue and silver decorations and is 100% for live Christmas trees. But don’t serve this traditionalist eggnog. She prefers her grandmother’s boiled custard.
