George Bailey / Young George
Nathan Ward (’99, ’06) is a professor of Biblical studies and apologetics at Florida College. He has been in several recent dramatic productions at FC including Into the Woods (Mysterious Man), The Outsider (Dave Riley), and She Loves Me (Mr. Maraczek). He lives in Thonotosassa with his wife Brook and sons Silas and Judah.
Mary Hatch, Young Mary
Abigail (Mountford) Orf officially began working at FC in 2020, but has been involved in the camp system since 2010. She graduated with her BSN from George Fox University in Oregon in 2014 and now works as a nursing educator in FC’s BSN program. She is married to Brian Orf (FC Class of 2010) and has a one-year-old son, Thaddeus.

Doy Moyer (’85) has been a professor of Biblical Studies at FC from 2001-2014 and 2021-Present. During this time, he participated in several musicals and alumni performances including The Mikado (The Mikado) and Vintage Hitchcock, a radio show also by Joe Landry. He is the proud father of the director of this play.

Laurie Moyer (’85, ’12) attended Florida College and graduated with a BA in Biblical Studies. She is the wife and teaching assistant of Doy Moyer, grandmother of 7, and a long-time FC drama department enthusiast.

Andrew Outcalt (‘23) is a FC biblical studies graduate. He’s helped wrangle the backstage of Broadway Comes to Camp the past two years. He is currently pursuing a MA in Old Testament at Freed-Hardeman University.

Jessica Johnson is the Elementary music teacher and MS drama teacher at Florida College Academy. She has acted in several productions on FC campus including A Christmas Carol: The Radio Show, Fiddler on the Roof (Golde & Yente), and Shadowlands (Joy Gresham).

Addie Johnson is an 8th grade student at FCA. She has participated in middle school dramas for 3 years and Broadway Comes to Camp musical productions for 5-6 years.

Chad Dorrell (‘99) is a returning Foley Artist, having previously created sound effects for A Christmas Carol, Gift of the Magi, and more. He’s also acted in productions like My Fair Lady and Shadowlands. He’s an adjunct professor of Education and an okay guy.
